Four months ahead of the first ship! The central control system of the second domestically produced large cruise ship is opened.
Recently, the central control system of the second domestically built large cruise ship H1509, built by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, was officially opened, marking the entry of the cruise ship construction project into a new stage of joint debugging of various systems. Currently, the H1509 ship's central control system has started joint debugging with the emergency generator system.
Before the central control system was opened, the debugging team actively discussed solutions, flexibly optimized the system opening sequence, and used the ventilation system pre-debugging package certificate (RFCC) file as a guide for installation. The entire project team worked together to ensure the early opening of the central control system, avoiding the impact of manpower and schedule brought about by repeated debugging and acceptance of multiple systems in the later stage. Based on the debugging experience of the first ship, the team addressed the pain point of difficult fiber optic communication establishment by optimizing the fiber optic splicing method, solving the problem in the early splicing stage, greatly reducing the debugging time of fiber optic communication. The debugging team and the manufacturer's technical personnel worked together on site, allowing the H1509 ship's central control system to be opened and put into use nearly 4 months earlier than the first ship.
In the next stage, the cruise ship debugging team will start the joint debugging of the central control system with the seawater system, fuel system, and medium-voltage power distribution system to ensure the smooth commissioning and debugging of the main generator.
Tips: The central control system is located in the integrated control room. Its main system is composed of a fiber optic communication network, collecting more than 23,000 signal points throughout the ship through acquisition cabinets and process control cabinets. The system is also equipped with a video wall and a plotting table, with a large number of auxiliary consoles and monitors configured in the main and auxiliary driver's rooms and engine rooms, forming the "central nervous system" of the entire large cruise ship, thus enabling control and monitoring of the ship's navigation data and equipment.
