Zhenhua Heavy Industry builds the world's most advanced multifunctional saturation diving support ship and sets sail

On September 25th, the "Wadad Aletheia" multi-functional saturation diving support ship developed by Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry set sail from Zhenhua Qidong Marine Engineering Changxing Branch Terminal to Singapore, embarking on its first voyage and showcasing its new capabilities.
The ship has a total length of 145.9 meters, a width of 27 meters, a depth of 11.33 meters, and a capacity of 200 people. It is one of the most advanced diving support ships in the world. The ship adopts an embedded 24 person dual clock fully automatic saturation diving system, which is the highest configuration among similar ships in China; Equipped with a 400 ton wave compensation telescopic crane, it can meet various marine engineering needs; The new generation saturation diving control system adopted has a high level of automation, effectively improving the efficiency and safety of diving operations; The DP3 power positioning system used can operate safely and continuously in harsh sea conditions. This ship integrates functions such as diving operations at a depth of 300 meters, deepwater ROV operations, and deepwater lifting and installation operations. It has the ability to undertake various tasks such as deep-sea exploration, installation, maintenance, and salvage operations in global waters, and its comprehensive operational capabilities are at an advanced level internationally.
After the ship was put into operation, it provided efficient, safe, and powerful operational equipment for offshore oil and gas exploration, offshore wind power construction and maintenance, protection of the marine environment, and ensuring maritime navigation safety. This marks another major breakthrough in China's saturated diving equipment and deepwater fields, with extremely high strategic and marine economic value.
