The world's largest! Huazi Energy's large container ship B-type LNG fuel tank starts construction

After starting construction of the world's largest onshore LPG storage tank (with a single tank capacity of 30000 cubic meters) in October, on November 6th, Huazhi Energy successfully cut and started construction of the B-type LNG fuel tank for the Yangtze Xinfu 16000 TEU series large container ship. Mr. Guo Donghua, the supervisor representative of MSC, Mr. Liu Wei, the surveyor representative of DNV, Mr. Xu Weirong, the head of the production management department of Yangzi Xinfu, and Mr. Zhang Hongbiao, the deputy general manager of Huazi Energy, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
This series of B-type LNG fuel tanks has a single tank capacity of 13000 cubic meters and is mainly made of 9Ni steel plate. The weight of each tank exceeds 1100 tons, making it the largest B-type LNG fuel tank in the world.
