This is the world's first 1000-ton pure electric ship completed and delivered. The completion of the ship also fills the market gap of the world's same tonnage class inland river dual-electric drive bulk carriers.

It is understood that the construction of the ship was completed at the end of 2017, and the delivery was completed at the end of 2018. This is a special signing ceremony for the ship. The ship has a total length of 70.5 meters, a width of 13.9 meters, a depth of 4.5 meters, a design draft of 3.3 meters, and a crew of 6 people. Its maneuvering and propulsion system is a 2,000-dwt inland new energy electric self-unloading steel cargo ship, the cargo hold is a bucket structure, and the cargo loaded is thermal coal. It mainly sails in the inland waters of the Pearl River.

The ship is equipped with a 26-ton super capacitor and a super-power lithium battery. The battery capacity of the whole ship is about 2,400 kWh, which is equivalent to the battery capacity of 40 new BYD E6 "Forerunner" cars. The theoretical time for the ship to be fully charged is 2 hours, and the time for the ship to complete the loading and unloading of the entire ship is also about 2 hours, so it can be charged when it is docked at the dock for cargo loading and unloading, and the charging process does not delay the work of the ship at all . Since this type of ship will not cause any pollution to the environment during navigation, it can also be actively promoted in the fields of passenger ships, ro-ro ships, and engineering ships in the future.

The design speed of the ship can reach up to 12.8 km/h (about 7 knots), and the endurance can reach 80 kilometers. The ship adopts a fully enclosed cargo hold structure, which can effectively prevent the carried cargo from scattering and polluting the environment. In addition, the ship is also equipped with a domestic sewage and domestic garbage collection system. During the voyage, no fuel is consumed throughout the journey, and carbon, sulfur and other exhaust gas pollutants and PM2.5 particles are zero emissions, reaching the highest level required by the "Inland River Green Ship Specifications". .
