Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding's second domestically produced large cruise ship has achieved integration on the third floor

On December 21st, the second domestically produced large cruise ship, H1509, built by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, successfully completed the relocation and loading work of M1 (with a linear stern restaurant section) and P2 (with a balcony cabin section), marking the successful completion of the third floor of H1509. At present, 91% of the main hull loading work has been completed, entering the final stage of comprehensive sprint.
During the construction process of H1509 ship, the project team adhered to the lean production concept, adhered to the node plan, strengthened the bidirectional collaborative operation between the dock structure and the platform section, ensured that the dock structure met the process requirements, and accurately monitored the sealing status and various parameters of the platform section to ensure that the section reached the best state during loading, thereby achieving orderly and efficient connection. The project team is closely focused on the three main lines of work in the bow/stern/engine room shed area, and is fully committed to promoting the construction of the dock structure and the overall section.
Within December, the project team has completed the hoisting work of the bow anchor winch ahead of schedule, ensuring the smooth loading of the T3 section (bow with bulwark cabin section) and laying a solid foundation for the smooth development of the bow mainline work; The construction team is flexible and coordinated, reasonably coordinated, and fully guarantees the orderly progress of the outfitting and hoisting work in the cabin shed area of the main section, laying a good foundation for the improvement of the integrity of the overall loading work; In the stern area, the structural integrity of the D1 section (stern mooring equipment section) has been ensured by advancing the welding work of the rotating module (STU) according to the planned nodes. The project team is currently working hard to complete the inspection of the rotating module structure and POD installation work in early January.
The successful completion of the continuous displacement and loading work of the two major sections has laid a solid foundation for the main hull to be connected in January next year.
