Good things come in pairs! Two large LNG ships from Hudong Zhonghua entered the dock on the same day

On December 30th, Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, built the 174000 cubic meter LNG transport ship H1884A for the CNOOC LNG project and the 174000 cubic meter LNG ship H1801A for the Qatar Energy "Hundred Ships Plan" project at the No. 2 dock in the western factory area. The company's LNG production capacity doubling strategy is being promoted in a rhythmic manner.
CSLNG Deputy General Manager Lu Fan, Deputy General Manager of the Technical Department Wu Hongbing, as well as representatives from various parties of the joint shipowner, the shipowner's on-site supervision team, representatives from American Bureau of Shipping and China Classification Society, and the company's LNG Deputy Chief Constructor Zhang Shaoying and other leaders and guests attended the H1884A docking ceremony. The shipowner placed commemorative coins and signed them on the dock section.
Representatives from all parties of the joint shipowner, the on-site supervision team of the lessee, representatives from American Bureau of Shipping and China Classification Society, as well as leaders and guests including Huang Huabing, the deputy chief LNG builder of the company, attended the H1801A docking ceremony. The shipowner placed commemorative coins and signed them on the dock section.
The two ships have consistent main dimensions, with a total length of 299 meters, a width of 46.4 meters, and a depth of 26.25 meters. They adopt the latest generation of dual stern fin lines and are equipped with multiple low-carbon and digital technologies. They have fast performance, low navigation emissions, high advanced level, strong global universality, light empty weight, strong cargo capacity, and other highlights.
Year end sprint, record high output. The construction team of Hudong Zhonghua LNG Ship has worked together to efficiently complete various production milestones, continuously writing new chapters in production and drawing a successful conclusion to 2024.
