The Wuhu shipyard launched a second car carrier for Hantrade International.

Recently, the second 7,000-vehicle LNG dual-fuel car carrier, "Kunpeng (AICC KUNPENG)", built by Wuhu Shipyard for Anhui Provincial Port and Shipping Group's Hangrui International Company, was successfully launched in Zhoushan.

It is reported that the ship is 200 meters long and 38 meters wide. It has 12 cargo hold decks and 7,000 parking spaces, capable of accommodating various vehicle types, from small passenger cars to large trucks, construction machinery, and new energy vehicles.

Wuhu Shipyard seized the opportunity in the spring. Since the start of the project, various departments have closely coordinated, maintaining in-depth communication with the ship owner and ship inspection team on design optimization and production synergy. During the dock construction phase, the shipyard promoted innovative processes and methods, optimizing construction methods to effectively ensure the launch schedule. Subsequently, the construction project team will continue to work hard, organizing the on-water construction work to ensure high-quality delivery of the vessel.
