From workshop to the world: The Municipal Foreign Affairs Office helps Ping'an Rubber accelerate its global expansion
On July 8, 2025, to further promote the decentralization of foreign affairs work to the grassroots level and serve the real economy, Fang Ting, a member of the Party group and deputy director of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, led a work team to Jishan Town, Nanling County, and Wuhou Ping'an Rubber Co., Ltd., to conduct a targeted on-site service activity aimed at delivering caring policies and practical assistance precisely to the grassroots frontline.
In Yihe Community, Deputy Director Fang Ting, combining the characteristics of community work, gave a vivid party lesson to community cadres and resident representatives entitled "The Eight-Point Regulation Opens a New Chapter in Party Style Construction," allowing everyone to have a clearer understanding of the practice of party style construction at the grassroots level. In addition, she also introduced in detail the core knowledge of consular protection around issues of overseas safety that residents care about, and distributed consular protection publicity materials on site, effectively enhancing the overseas safety awareness and response capabilities of community residents.
Subsequently, Deputy Director Fang Ting and her team visited Wuhou Ping'an Rubber Co., Ltd., and engaged in in-depth exchanges with the company's leaders. After carefully inquiring about the company's overseas business operations, she meticulously explained policies that are very beneficial to the company's expansion of overseas business, such as the APEC Business Travel Card and invitations for foreign nationals to come to China, while emphasizing the importance of paying attention to and strengthening overseas safety risk prevention work in the process of actively "going global," ensuring the smooth progress of the company's overseas business.
This on-site service activity not only effectively shortened the distance between the foreign affairs department and grassroots communities and enterprises, but also provided practical and effective foreign affairs support for community governance and enterprise development, fully demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office in proactively serving the grassroots level and contributing to local development.
