Construction of the second methanol dual fuel vehicle ship by China Merchants Shipping Company has started at the Haimen Industrial Base

On August 28, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 9300 vehicle methanol dual fuel roll on/roll off ship "CMHI-293-02" ordered by China Merchants Shipping from China Merchants Industrial was held in Haimen, Jiangsu. This is the second sister ship of the same type to be built by China Merchants Shipping this year. Sun Jianfeng, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Shipping, and Mei Zhonghua, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Industry, attended the ceremony.
